Cancellation & Refunds

Plain version first: you can cancel whenever you like, you keep what you have already paid for until the end of that month, and we never delete your data because a subscription ended.
The free trial
Every new account gets 30 days free. No card is required to start, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. If you do nothing at the end of it, syncing and the dashboard simply pause — you are never billed automatically off the back of a trial.
What you pay
₹99 per computer per month, GST included. Your invoice shows the split: ₹83.90 for the service and ₹15.10 GST at 18%, so you can claim input tax credit where you are entitled to it.
A computer means one machine running TallyPrime with Atlas Connect installed — not one person and not one company. Companies and team members are unlimited.
Cancelling
- Email help@atlasconnect.in or call +91-8908888880. There is no retention maze and no notice period.
- Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not cut off the moment you ask.
- You are not billed again after that.
Refunds
Something is broken: if Atlas Connect does not do what this website says it does, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that month in full. We would rather return the money than argue about it.
You changed your mind mid-month: we do not refund part-months by default, because you keep full access for the rest of the period. If that lands badly in your particular case, write to us — we read every message and we would rather be fair than correct.
Charged by mistake: a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled, is refunded in full, always.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show it, which is their timeline rather than ours.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted. When a subscription ends, Atlas stops syncing and the dashboard pauses, but every ledger, voucher and report we hold stays exactly where it is and comes straight back if you return.
Your books in TallyPrime are untouched throughout — they live on your own computer and Atlas only ever reads them.
If you would rather we erased everything, ask and we will, permanently, and confirm when it is done.
