Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Atlas Connect — the website at atlasconnect.in and the Atlas Connect software you install on the computer that runs TallyPrime. Using either means you accept them.

What Atlas Connect does

Atlas Connect reads the accounting data in your TallyPrime companies and makes it available to you online: dashboards, ledgers, stock, and computed Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports. It can also create vouchers back into Tally when you ask it to.

It reads your books; it does not replace them. TallyPrime remains your system of record, and your data stays on your own computer until you choose to import a company.

Your account

• You must give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must have the right to access the accounting data you connect. Do not connect books that are not yours to connect.
• One account may connect several computers; each is billed separately (below).

Trial, price and billing

• New accounts get 30 days free, no card required.
• After that, ₹99 per connected computer per month, GST included — ₹83.90 plus ₹15.10 GST at 18%.
• A computer is one machine running TallyPrime with Atlas Connect installed. Companies and team members are unlimited.
• Access is delivered immediately on payment — this is software, there is nothing to ship.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered on the Cancellation & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
• Prices may change; you will be told before a change affects you.

What happens if you stop paying

Syncing and the dashboard pause. Nothing is deleted. Your data waits for you, and your books in TallyPrime are unaffected. See Privacy for how long we keep it and how to have it erased.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• try to break, overload or probe the service, or access another customer's data;
• resell Atlas Connect or pass your login to people outside your business;
• use it to do anything illegal.

We may suspend an account that does these things. We will tell you why, and we will not delete your data for it.

Availability

We work hard to keep Atlas Connect running and we do not promise it will never be down. Maintenance, an internet failure at your end, or a problem at a supplier can all interrupt it. If it is down, your books in Tally are still completely usable — that is deliberate.

Accuracy of reports

Reports are computed from the data your Tally sends us, and they are meant to match Tally to the paisa. If a figure disagrees with Tally, treat it as a bug and tell us — we do.

Atlas Connect is a reporting and data tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it does not replace your accountant or auditor. Please do not file anything on the strength of a dashboard alone.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to Atlas Connect is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time. We can end an account that breaches these terms, or withdraw the service entirely with reasonable notice — in which case we refund anything you have paid for time you will not get.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account before they take effect.
